What I am about to describe is a technique of switching on the core group muscles whilst walking in a very easy way. Core muscles are the 29 deep internal group that we feel rather than see, when we exercise and they function as our supplementary support, along with the spine, as we exercise.

From now on we will no longer be open on Wednesday afternoon. But don’t worry, we’re not winding down. We are still here for you on every other weekday and by appointment on Saturday. If you would like to know what’s available, give us a call or click below to see available times.
We are closing Wednesday because Malcolm & Gayle have decided to dedicate a portion of their time to serving the community by leading and teaching an addiction recovery class on Wednesday evenings. This is a voluntary service to those who suffer with any kind of addiction. Some people consider addictions to be simply bad habits that can be conquered by will power alone, but many people become so dependent on a behavior that they need constant support to overcome it. The workshop follows the pattern of other successful programs in working closely with the participants to coach, support, and love those who want help to change and improve their lives. Malcolm & Gayle will be taking over from another couple who have been teaching the class for the last year or so. They will spend Wednesdays planning for this class from now on.
We feel that this service, though not a part of our family business, is very much a part of the mission of Hampson Health. We are all about healing and helping people to improve the quality of their lives. This is what is important to us. We hope this change in schedule is not too much of an inconvenience for you.
It’s for a good cause :)
We understand that when you need to see the Chiro, you NEED to see the Chiro! It’s very important to us to be accessible to you whenever you need help. So we apologise if you have tried to call us recently on our old number 07 5575 8388. Due to some technical difficulties (out of our control) the diversion to our new number 07 5525 2795 was dropped temporarily.
It’s all fixed now, so you should be able to reach us on whatever number you have, but it might be good to update your contacts. Get the new contact card here: Download
But remember that you can always book online. Try it out. We think you’ll find it very convenient, and kind of fun :)
